The owners are Lee Lipton, Max Lipton and Jeremy Hanlon envisioned a fun restaurant with amazing food for those on the pier and in the Palm Beach community. Jeremy Hanlon, once a Wall Street Financier, quit his previous job to follow his passion for the culinary by studying under renowned chef Charlie Trotter and Daniel Boulud.
