A Passion For Food

Benny's On the Beach was originally founded in 1986 and for over thirty years has become a favorite among vacationers and locals alike. The owners are Lee Lipton, Max Lipton and Jeremy Hanlon envisioned a fun restaurant with amazing food for those on the pier and in the Palm Beach community. Jeremy Hanlon, once a Wall Street Financier, quit his previous job to follow his passion for the culinary by studying under renowned chef Charlie Trotter and Daniel Boulud. Hanlon eventually teamed up with Lee Lipton and his son Max Lipton to open Benny's.

Today guests can enjoy sandwiches like Benny's Burger, Turkey Smash Burger, Cheesy Brisket Dunker, The Crowd Favorite Taco, and lobster dip. Their seafood market allows guests to pick a type of fish and then the type of dish made from that fish. Seafood options include Salmon, Snow Crab, Lobster, Crispy Snapper, Marinated Mahi Strips, Shrimp, King Crab and Scallops. The dish options include the Coconut Lime, the Couscous Pearls, the A La Plancha, the Lemon Gnocchi, the Straight Up and the Asian Noodles dish. For those wanting more veggies there is the Marinated Veggie Naan Bread, Benny's Beach Salad, Cobb Salad, and the Wedge. Other food options include Fish & Chips, Captain's Platter, Crispy Shrimp Fest, Seared Tuna Tostada, Lake Worth Crab Cakes, Shrimp & Grits, and Jerk Chicken. These are prepared with love by Chef Jeremy Hanlon himself.

As a family friendly restaurant they also offer a Kids menu. The menu offers simple favorites like Quesadillas, Crispy Fish Fingers, Burger Taco, Chicken Little, Little Italy, and the Scooby Doo (a Hotdog on a Brioche Bun). Benny's hours are Monday through Sunday 7am to 9pm. They serve both Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Breakfast and Lunch is first come, first served, but Dinners need reservations ahead of time.
